Knotts Farm Holiday Cottages consist of three newly converted self catering cottages on a working farm in the parish of Quernmore having a rustic country feel cottages with modern facilities. An ideal retreat and location for couples or families.

Ideally located within two miles of Lancaster but within the Forest of Bowland - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Close to Lancaster University and within easy reach of both Junction 33 and 34 of the M6 motorway, also benefitting from being at the gateway to the picturesque Lune Valley. Open all year round.

Our “Clougha View” cottage comprises of double and a twin room therefore sleeps upto 4, and benefits from gas central heating, instant hot water and a wood burning stove. Whirlpool bath plus shower, fully fitted kitchen with a washer / dryer.4 star rated

Our other two ground floor cottages sleep two and three, and are perfect cosy retreats... One of these units, Knotts View, has been adapted so it is fully accessible for wheelchair users and has been awarded mobility level TWO with a wheelchair friendly wetroom style bathroom.
